EDO = Extended Data Out DescriptionEDO RAM was the standard for desktop computers around the mid-1990s. An EDO memory slot is about 10.5 centimeters long. EDO are SIMM memory sticks with 72-pins. EDO memory sticks were superseded by SDRAM. PurposeRAM temporally holds computer program code and information during computation. The more memory you add to your computer the faster it will be able to preform. Physical Features72-Pin Width = About 11cm Height = About 2.5cm - Height will vary from stick to stick. Spacer directly in the center, 35-Pins on each side. Left bottom corner has a small notch. |
